Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies in addition to our goodwill Refund Policy.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement — for example, an email to [email protected] stating your name, order number and that you wish to withdraw. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earliest. You are responsible for returning the goods without undue delay and for the direct cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
